New York – Litigation Associates
Fitzpatrick is looking for IP associates with three to six years of patent litigation experience and a degree in electrical engineering. The focus is on litigation, but IPR capabilities also would be beneficial. Admission to the patent bar a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong, research, writing and analytical skills. These positions are in our New York office, so candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
